Torrent-Invite has not been around that long (2008), yet the boost a huge members list. That huge members list means that people are willing to give out more invites. Fetching invites to the best trackers is no easy task though. You must first past through an “interview” stating why you want to join and what you shall contribute. After that you gain access to the 10% trackers (the ones which have lots of invites): You “Must have an accepted introduction to post a reply” to gain access to this subsection. The 33% subsection (harder trackers to get into) requires that you “Must have 25 posts, 5 reps, and be a member for 7 days to enter,” and the 55% subsection requires (the hardest) that you “have 75 posts, 20 reps, and be a member for 14 days to enter.“

2. Torrentinvite.com
Torrentinvite.com has been around since 2007 (a year longer then torrent-invite.com). It is also a closed community were you are required to pass an interview stating why you want to join and what torrent trackers you are part of. Once you are accepted you have two subsections.
T.I. Amateurs Giveaway Section:
The place to give away all your easily obtained invites. No invite requests allowed! – You must introduce yourself and make 1 other post to gain access here
T.I. Pro Invite Giveaways:
The place to give your more treasured invites to others. Must have 20 posts or more, and be a member of this site for 15 days or longer to access.
3. FileSharingTalk.com
FileShareTalk has been around for quite a while and it has a huge amount of members. It is not an exclusive website and anyone can join. Invites to “low-level” trackers are very easy to get.

4. invitescene.com
InviteScene.com is one of the new kids on the block, only being around for a little over a year. But, it is still “open registration” meaning that they will accept anyone. Yet, once you get in you will need to contribute to get an invite to some of the top-end trackers.

I found this forum quite dead in some areas, but it should not be out of the top 5 list since it still has room for potential. You might be able to sneak up an invite or two.
